8 MegaDroid trades for a loss of -14.5 pips (-£32.12).
Only 8 trades since the last post. It’s been a very slow period with one large loss.
MegaDroid has been fairly solid in the past so we’ll just keep it running and see how it goes.

5 MegaDroid trades for a profit of £140.71.
It’s been a few weeks since updating here. The past 2 weeks have been fairly slow for MegaDroid. However, it’s been making money which is what’s important.
I’m currently still running just the standard setup.
If you are interested in FAP Turbo check out my FAPT blog.
Also if you haven’t signed up to cashbackforex your really missing out.
Have a good weekend.
5 MegaDroid trades for a loss of -34.9 pips ( -£172.58 ).
Sorry about not posting sooner. Last week was a bit of a mess. Lots of losses all round. For the moment I’m going back to the default settings, taking too many losses. The market is crazy at the moment!
The EURUSD should begin to top out soon, I’m expecting to see one last push beyond 1.5000 then a resounding drawback. For those of you looking to manual trade, look for this sign.
Keep on pipping.
8 MegaDroid trades for a profit of -12.7 pips ( £17.34 ).
The figures aren’t wrong above!
I’ve had a really slow week with MegaDroid. Hardly any trades on the safer charts (GMT 0-2 ). More trades on the GMT 6, but with poor results. Most of the trades only just got out. So, I’m no longer sure about the GMT 6 chart and thus have removed it from my setup. Alpari’s spreads are doing something here. So if you’re getting better results with another broker let me know. This way I can inform others.
I hope my settings page has given you a new perspective on MegaDroid. You don’t need to necessarily trade all the charts. Over time some of them may just not be profitable. Also go ahead and try your own setup. Let me know how it goes.
If you haven’t signed up to cashbackforex, don’t miss out on cash back from your trades.
Have a good weekend.
7 MegaDroid trades for a profit of 35.7 pips ( £114.29 ).
MegaDroid didn’t trade as much this week. In fact, there was a whole day where it didn’t trade at all. This was due to volatility in the market I believe – information I took from the MT4 journal.
My settings page offers information as to how to setup MegaDroid. There are 5 charts you can setup and by all means you can make up your own too. I suggest you reduce your risk on the later charts but it’s up to you. Chart GMT 0 and GMT 2 are the most conservative ones and although I had losses last week on the 0 GMT it’s generally safe. The other later hours provide profits also, only time and plenty of live forward testing will unveil how good these strategies really are.
I’ve been happy with the trading this week. Having opened a new account with iamfx I hope to get that funded and trade MegaDroid along with FAP Turbo. That could provide I nice boost to my profits here. So stay tuned and if you are new to forex and automated trading and think this is all quite interesting, you’re not the only one. Talk to me on live chat or email me and I can answer any questions you might have. Check out my discount page for more details.
Remember, I’ve got a Fapturbo blog, so check that out if you want the latest on that. Also don’t forget about cashbackforex if you wish to get a few bucks back on each trade you make.
14 MegaDroid trades for a loss of -120.8 pips ( -£358.07 ).
The number of trades this week has over doubled, but it has brought some large losses for MegaDroid. The first two losses came on the GMT +4 chart. The 3rd loss came on the GMT 0 chart when the EURUSD took a dump on Wednesday.
I have been recommended the GMT +6 and +8 charts recently, so I will give these a shot this week. Check out my settings page for ideas on how to get MegaDroid trading more for you. Also check out Advanced Droid Tactics (ADT). As of this post Benjamin Cook doesn’t seem to be taking new customers at the moment until he has revised his settings for v1.2+.
With the increase in trading I can see that we will have a few more losses. The trick is to figure out which charts bring the best results. This may take a few weeks to figure out. For me it is necessary to do this on a live account.
Don’t despair, I’m certain this weeks loss is just a small set back. I hope that most of you were not hit with the same misfortune.
This week I will not be trading the GMT +4 chart.
Don’t forget if you haven’t already checked out CashBackForex you should. Grab some extra cash on each trade you make.
Have a good weekend.
MegaDroid v1.21 has been released. It boasts the following:
They have obviously made a few adjustment since the last release only a week ago.
MegaDroid v1.20 has been released. It boasts the following:
- A revised strategy method which has resulted in better results in
recent testing (trade frequency has improved too)- NFA mode to allow correct operation with NFA-registered brokers
who have adopted the “no hedging” and “FIFO” rules- Remote GMT offset checking via our trade server
- A much updated manual
Hopefully it will be just as good as the last version 1.11.
6 MegaDroid trades for a profit of 20.7 pips ( £101.03 ).
All trades above are associated with my Alpari UK micro account. My standard account (which I don’t discuss much) had 15 trades and made £261.76.
These settings look promising to say the least.
If you have any questions you can generally get hold of me on live chat otherwise you can email me. To really maximise your profits and understand MegaDroid in a new light check out Advanced Droid Tactics (ADT). The guy, Benjamin R. Cook who created it has obviously done his home work. My strategy I believe, is quite crude in comparison. Unrefined as it might be it has still had some great returns this week.
Remember, unrefined doesn’t necessarily mean bad.
One last thing, check out CashBackForex for information as to how you can get money back each month on your trades.
Have a good weekend.
