This section may answer a few questions you have.
Thumbnails are the small images that we use to highlight the websites. This includes the search images and preview image.
Results are ordered from left to right, the left most thumbnail being the most relevant.
It may be necessary to refresh your browser (F5) from time to time to ensure the thumbnails are not cached on your computer and to make sure you have the most up to date version.
Sometimes you may see an image that says 'Thumbnail queued' on it. This means that you are the first person to request that particular website and that it will be captured as a thumbnail as soon as possible. Typically this takes less than a minute.
Each thumbnail can be reloaded by clicking the following icon in the main website preview pane after a search:

This can occur for a number of reasons, including but not limited to:
1. Non-routable domain or site down condition (404 Error)
2. End result is a blank page
3. Page takes longer to load than specified delay (8 seconds default)
4. Site works but returns wrong error code (i.e. 501 server error, etc)
This means that the website thumbnail was requested for a site or subdomain that was either blank, broken, or contained unsupported content in the page. The thumbnail may not display correctly at this moment in time however you may still be able to access the site by clicking on it.
